The brief
Our client approached us based on our track record delivering fast-paced commercial fit-outs, alongside our ability to source and install a wide range of high-quality flooring systems.
The studio required careful material and colour selection to align with a calm, wellbeing-led design intent. As this was the flagship location for a potential wider rollout across the UK and internationally, getting the specification right from day one was essential.
The programme was extremely tight, with the full scope delivered from initial enquiry to completion in under two weeks.
The action
Working closely with the design intent, our estimating team helped shape a robust, repeatable specification suitable for future studios. Materials were selected based on availability, durability, and a finish that supported the studio’s premium, calming aesthetic.
To meet the demanding programme, our in-house operatives coordinated closely with other trades and worked flexibly around site constraints — including out-of-hours working where required. This collaborative approach kept the programme moving, despite restricted logistics.
The results
The completed studio provides a calm, contemporary environment that supports precision, movement and wellbeing. The combination of herringbone LVT and microtopping delivers a durable, low-maintenance finish, while maintaining a refined, design-led look.
Despite the compressed timescales and logistical challenges, the project was delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The final specification is now positioned as a template for future locations, supporting a consistent brand finish as the business expands.
