The brief
Parliament View is an iconic residential development, overlooking the Thames. Our initial work at this site was commissioned across 10 apartments by the Facilities Team, to repair water damage to wooden flooring.
The action
Our team applied their restoration experience to restore a range of solid and engineered wood flooring, across 10 different properties – all impacted by a roof leak.
Using dust-free Hummel Drum Sanders, our team sanded the damaged areas and carefully restored them using a selection of Bona Mega lacquers, which are well suited to domestic spaces.
Where the water damage was too significant, we removed sections of the old flooring and prepared areas for new replacement floor. For each resident, we sourced new flooring to seamlessly match and blend with the original – selecting from suppliers including Junkers, V4 and Solid Wood Flooring.
The results
We went to great lengths to protect resident furnishings and décor whilst working on site. Combined with our reliability, attention to detail and efficient approach, this led to further work across Parliament View.
