The brief
To install polished concrete flooring across all ground floor living spaces.
The action
Selected by Concept 8 Architects for our experience in polished concrete flooring installation, we were part of the team tasked with bringing a bold, contemporary house design to life.
This residential design transformed a bungalow, situated on a large plot, into a beautiful two-story house which offered elevated views across the landscaped gardens.
Our project role was focused on creating flooring for the main ground floor areas. As ARDEX-qualified installers, we able to create a stunning contemporary effect, using PanDOMO 3.1 polished concrete in the entrance hall and moving through the large kitchen and family room.
We achieved a seamless finish across this 90m2 space, creating a connected, flowing open plan living space that sits at the heart of this striking redevelopment project.
The results
Once completed, Oatlands Drive gained industry recognition for its stunning contemporary design, and we were proud to have played our part in delivering this award-winning project.
